Dear folks,
I am writing to thank you again for your service last week on Jan. 12, 2018. We hit a nasty pothole on I90 just west of I81. We pulled off at the first rest area on the Thruway, and discovered that the shimmy we were feeling was coming from a big dent in the rim on the right front. My heart sank because I know nothing about the area and had no idea where to go to get what seemed to me to be some strange work done.
As we pulled off at the next exit and started down the road, Rosalie said, "There's auto service." We pulled in , and within and hour, you had us on the road again with the rim good enough to get us back to Ontario, and a very reasonable charge.
We were and are quite impressed with the way you treated us. And, by the way, we did get to the state park in PA just south of Erie just as the freezing rain was starting up. You were a terrific help.
